The real benefits of the mobile phone will come in the areas of commerce and finance. In my view, this is where microfinance organisations, banks and approriately funded small business enterprises can assist. I will be forwarding this information to IFC as there are ongoing discussions and interest around financial inclusion and interoperability..I am sure they will find the information of value.
