Your two notes of caution could have been three notes of caution and include difficulty of factoring “contingent liability” in all the economic views you have quoted. It could have been four notes of caution and included the difficulty of planning for “climate change and disasters.”

When all our “common sense” fails us we go beyond and call on the ” 5 spiritual senses” of which we have: reason, imagination, affection, memory and conscience. When the same fail we call on our “SUPER SENSE” in Vanuatu and that is FAITH. This country gained independence through “kneeology.” Luck does not factor in.
